Schmidt’s Restaurant und Sausage Haus is looking for enthusiastic, high energy, team members.  This is position requires evening and weekend availability.  Schmidt’s is building a team at the Ohio Expo Center concession division.  Our family owned and operated business has over 130 years in the food service industry.

General responsibilities – Job overview

• Offers legendary hospitality
• Works with a point of sale system and cash register

• Prepares, cooks, and sells all of Schmidt’s famous food.
• Works continuously in a team setting.

• Assist with other needs Schmidt’s brand may have.

Qualifications

• Experience helpful, but not required
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and work 10-12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift 40 pounds to chest height
• Organized, friendly, and energetic and outgoing
• Reliable Transportation
